Allot Communications has launched mobile traffic management service named CellWise for commercial. CellWise will help mobile broadband operators to track broadband usages at cell level thus reducing the network congestion by providing the data at cell level. This will help implement as per cell usage policy in mobile broadband. Vice president, product Management and Marketing, Allot Communications, Andrei Elefant says that traditionally cell operators cleared congestion by investing in backhaul. But he says that now cell traffic can be handled effectively from centralized location which is very cost and time efficient in helping operators reduce congestion on user level basis.
